After ten years spent in Auron, first with the restaurant l'Endroit then the hotel Edelweiss and the Brasserie, which have become essential establishments in the resort, we are embarking on a new adventure. New team, new concept, new challenge. But still the same enthusiasm and the same energy, and the desire, always, to see our guests leave with a smile and the desire to come back to see us.
